Maintenance Details:

This morning, at approximately 6:50 AM PST, the site experienced a utility power outage. All systems operated as designed and the site is currently being supported via generator power.
The local engineering team is working with the local utility provider to understand the cause of the outage and expected duration. Further updates to be provided as more information is available.

This notice is for advisory purposes only. Customers should not experience any issues. It is recommended that you have more than one DNS server configured on your servers to avoid any issues during this maintenance.


Maintenance Details:
The primary production DNS server, ns-01.sfo.ServePath.net, will be off-line for maintenance.  The ServePath DNS infrastructure has redundancy, so you should experience no interruption in DNS services.  During this window, customers will have DNS functionality utilizing ns-02.sfo.ServePath.net, ns-03.sfo.ServePath.net, and/or ns-04.sfo.ServePath.net only.  To avoid any DNS-related issues, please verify that you have more than one DNS server configured on your servers.
