UPDATE - 4:35PM PST




The following is a message from Digital Realty - West:

In the course of the transition to utility, we encountered an issue.
The transfer has been placed on hold until resolved.
We are being methodical in our approach to ensure and maintain redundancy.
The site remains stable on generators.
Fuel tanks are being checked frequently and trucks remain on alert for delivery if needed.
An update will be provided when we resume the transition process.

UPDATE:

As an update to the Utility event, our teams have completed all inspections and testing of the equipment. We will begin the systematic process of transitioning back to utility feed at approximately 3pm PST. We anticipate the transition process to take several hours. We will provide a confirmation notification of the start window immediately before we begin. Your continued cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated.

The facility is experiencing utility service issues. By design, the site is currently being supported by the generators.

Maintenance Details:
ServePath will be performing our monthly generator run in our US-West1 data center.  The expected time on generator should be approximately one hour.  Five hour maintenance is required to ensure coverage during the duration.  Monthly Generator Run is required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.

Resolved

ServePath experienced a DDoS attack that affected some of our customers. This DDoS was mitigated at 8:15 am PST. If you are still experiencing any issues with your server. Please contact GoGrid or open a case from the portal.


Some customers have reported packet loss in the US-WEST Data Center. The ServePath Network engineers have found the root cause and are working to address the issue.
