Public Network Packet Loss - Resolved

The GoGrid Networking Team  is currently working on resolving customer packet loss with an identified pair of core routers as well as with upstream providers.

Update - The Networking Team is continuing to work to resolve the issue impacting a portion of GoGrid customers and is investigating the root cause with upstream providers.

Update 2 - Working with our upstream providers, the Networking Team has identified a significant amount of inbound traffic typically characteristic of a denial of service attack and is taking action to remedy.

Update 3 - After taking action, network activity has returned back to normal. The Networking Team will continue to monitor the situation with our upstream providers.
