GoGrid – Case Management System Maintenance

 

Maintenance Window:
Saturday, January 21st 2012 21:00 – 22:00 PST (GMT –8)

Customer Impact:
Customers will be unable to view or create new tickets in their support portal. Support agents will be unable to respond to emails sent to existing tickets until after the maintenance is completed.

During the maintenance, please contact Support via phone or chat if you need any assistance.

Maintenance Details:
Our CRM partner is performing routine maintenance.

ServePath - Manage Backup Portal - Resolved

Some customer are reporting that they cannot view their manage backup from the ServePath portal. We are currently investigating this issue and we will update you soon.

Update: The GoGrid Systems team has resolved the problem as of 11:45 AM PST.

Maintenance Notification - Wednesday, January 18th


Please review the following information for the GoGrid Scheduled Maintenance

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 18:00 - 21:00 PST (GMT-8)

Customer Impact:

All brand portals and websites, including the GoGrid API, will be unavailable for up to 20 minutes while we upgrade our network infrastructure. There will be no impact to existing GoGrid cloud servers, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancers or cloud storage during this time.

Maintenance Details:

GoGrid is performing an internal network update. During the maintenance customers will be unable to access portals, sign up for new accounts, and GoGrid corporate websites.  Support personnel will have limited account and tools access during the maintenance.
