UPS Maintenance Rescheduled

Customer Impact:
There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.
This notice is for advisory purposes only.
Maintenance Details:
Our vendor had a malfunction of the testing equipment which will require them to finish up their maintenance before the generator run on Thursday night. The UPS will be online and not be put into bypass.
Note:
Also just a reminder that there is also a generator run scheduled for tomorrow.

Network Latency Issues - Update
The network latency issue has returned. Our networking team is currently working to mitigate the problem. Please watch this page or contact Support at 866-321-7284 (International +1-415-869-7000) for further updates.
Also, please note that our support case system is currently down for maintenance; we cannot receive new cases or updates to existing cases. Please call us at the numbers above or use the live support chat on the my.servepath.com portal to report any new issues or update us concerning existing ones.

Maintenance Details:
We will also be performing our quarterly generator run Thursday, May 12th, 2011 from 7:00 pm PST to 11:59 pm PST, the expected time on generator should be approximately one hour, however we need a 5 hour maintenance to ensure we are covered during the duration.
Quarterly Generator Run (test) required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.
