UPS Maintenance Rescheduled

Please review the following information for scheduled maintenance details:

UPS Maintenance:

Thursday, May 12th, 8:00 AM (PDT) - Thursday, May 12th, 11:00 AM (PDT)

Thursday, May 12th 4:00 PM (GMT) - Thursday, May 12th, 7:00 PM (GMT)

Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.

This notice is for advisory purposes only.

Maintenance Details:

Our vendor had a malfunction of the testing equipment which will require them to finish up their maintenance before the generator run on Thursday night.  The UPS will be online and not be put into bypass.

Note:

Also just a reminder that there is also a generator run scheduled for tomorrow.

Servepath Network Connectivity 5/8/11

Update: There was a brief hardware issue with one of our switches, which was resolved within 10 minutes. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure no further problems result.

Monday May 9th  - Preventive Maintenance performed on UPS 3 and 4.

Maintenance Details:

We will also be performing our quarterly generator run Thursday, May 12th, 2011 from 7:00 pm PST to 11:59 pm PST, the expected time on generator should be approximately one hour, however we need a 5 hour maintenance to ensure we are covered during the duration.

Quarterly Generator Run (test) required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.
