Maintenance Notification 2011

Please review the following information for scheduled maintenance details:


Infrastructure Update:

Monday, January 24th, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST) 
Monday, January 24th, 4:00 PM (GMT) - Tuesday, January 25, 1:00 AM (GMT)

Tuesday, January 25th 8:00 AM - 5:00pm PST (PST)
Tuesday, January 25th 4:00 PM (GMT) - Wednesday, January 26th, 1:00 AM (GMT)

Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.
This notice is for advisory purposes only.

Maintenance Details:

The maintenance schedule will be completed in 2 phases.

Monday January 24th  - Preventive Maintenance performed on UPS 3 and 4. Each unit will be put into bypass

Tuesday January 25th  - Preventive Maintenance performed on UPS 1 and 2. Each unit will be put into bypass

Generator Testing:

Thursday, January 27th 7:00 PM (PST) - 11:59 PM (PST)
Friday, January 28th, 3:00 AM (GMT) Friday - January 28 8:00 AM (GMT)

Maintenance Details:

We will also be performing our quarterly generator run Thursday, January 27th, 2011 from 7:00 pm PST to 11:59 pm PST, the expected time on generator should be approximately one hour, however we need a 5 hour maintenance to ensure we are covered during the duration.

Quarterly Generator Run (test) required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.

Network Issues Reported - Resolved

ServePath experienced internal network problems from approximately 14:15 – 15:23 PST (GMT-8).  Some customers may have experienced loss of connectivity.  The issue has now been resolved, and an RFO will be forthcoming as soon as our engineering team completes its investigation into the cause of the outage.
