Managed Backups Maintenance 9/28/2010 13:00 - 15:00 PDT - Completed

Managed Backups will be unavailable for up to 2 hours. All running backups will be stopped and no new backups will run during maintenance. Your servers and previously saved backups will be unaffected.

Maintenance Details:
ServePath is upgrading the hardware and software on our backup servers to improve performance. The servers undergoing maintenance are job management servers, not the storage clusters containing the backup data, so previously stored backups will not be affected.

Please modify your backup schedule if necessary so that your backups are completed before the maintenance window. Any backup jobs still running when the maintenance begins will be stopped, but will run again as normal at the next scheduled time following the maintenance.

Networking Issues Reported - Resolved

Some customers recently reported network connectivity issues. The ServePath Network Team has resolved the issue.

Network Issues Reported - Resolved

Starting approximately 4:45 pm PST, GoGrid experienced an inbound DDOS attack. While our DDOS mitigation guard severely limited the impact of the DDOS attack on our network, several customers still reported issues. The DDOS attack was fully resolved at 18:00pm PST and traffic to our network is back at normal levels.
