Please review the following information for upcoming scheduled maintenance details. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work hard to maintain the best data center practices and procedures. This maintenance allows us to ensure that contingent power is available in case of an outage.

Maintenance Window:

Monday, August 30th from 7:00 pm PST to 11:59 pm PST

Maintenance Details:

The expected time on generator should be approximately one hour, however we need a 5 hour maintenance to ensure we are covered during the duration.

When: Monday, August 30th 7:00 pm PST to 11:59 pm PST

Why: Quarterly Generator Run (test) required to ensure contingent power in case of an outage.

Customer Impact:

There should be no impact to the power in the facility and no down time is expected.

Network Issue Reported - Resolved

Update:
The Network Team has elminated the impact of the DDOS attack. Traffic is back at normal levels.

Our Network Team is investigating a possible inbound DDOS attack and are mitigating its impact on customers. This blog will be updated with additional information shortly.

Power Outage Reported

Resolved
