Completed -- Storage Area Network (SAN) Maintenance

Maintenance Window:
Tuesday, July 22, 2008 21:00 - 22:00 PDT
(Wednesday, July 23, 2008 04:00 - 05:00 GMT)

Customer Impact:
The Storage Area Network (SAN) and managed backup services will become unreachable for up to two minutes. However, due to the retry mechanisms built into the iSCSI protocol, your applications should simply I/O block until the service comes back online.

Maintenance Details:
Due to complications regarding an unrelated issue, it was  necessary to postpone this maintenance by a week. In order to improve the stability of our switching platform, ServePath will be migrating your individual cross-connects between our Private Switch and Backend Services Networks to a high-capacity trunk.
